Hey, Bruno here.

Ok, let’s go into detail about auctions vehicles and how i went about it…

As I said, I actually bought 1 car in a live auction, and the other 3 cars & 1 motorbike in an online auction vehicles.

First, I Decided on the make of the vehicle I was interested in and started looking into the car magazines, car price guides, etc… to find out how much car dealerships were asking for the specific make and model.

Then I looked at the auction vehicle list to see if they had the vehicle I wanted. I was not worried because if it wasn´t there, then I would look next day as they have their stock updated on a daily basis ( yes, that´s right…on a daily basis!!)

Until I found one that day and immediately went near him for inspection. They usually give you around 2/3 hours inspection time.

Then i went and spoke with auctions consultant to check for expected starting price for vehicle or reserve price ( if you don´t know what’s a reserve price, is basically, the car would NOT go for less than the reserve price). He gave me an idea of what time the vehicle might be up for auction.

In the car auction vehicles world, you have to talk to the auction consultants to always keep up with what’s going on, specially if you already have in mind a vehicle to buy.

Grab yourself the lot number of the vehicle you want ( or in most cases, engine number will do to) and be ready for call to ACTION!!

You now know what’s coming next….Yes, the BIDDING TIME!!

$100…$250…$500…$1000

And then you see the hammer going down…1…2….3..SOLD to the hightest bidder and here you go.

Had my vehicle bought!!

Gave them my ID plus the deposit of 10% ( note I had settle the rest of the balance in next 48 hours) and took my friend for a big nice lunch ( with all the money I saved in my buy!!) and I enjoyed the lunch while contemplating the savings I made by getting it for that price.

That vehicle lasted me for 3 years until I got tired of driving the same vehicle ( I get bored quite easily) and went and put it back on auctions for sale (sold vehicle in other different auctions company) and got myself another one again in vehicle auctions.

This can be a repetitive cicle for many many years to come…while you keep getting the vehicle you want, for a ridiculous low priced every single time.

Now I own a motorbike, which as been great ( it was my teenage years dream motorbike, Kawasaki ZX900R Ninja in green!!) and still looking for one specific make and model of car I’m looking for. Didn’t find yet but I’m checking every day on the auction vehicles for sale.

Thanks again for checking my site.

Bruno
